Pumpkin Surprise

Here is a shot of my one fun season meal, Pumpkin Surprise. Sadly, I cannot remember if the boys' excitement at eating something cooked in a pumpkin was enough to make them taste it. Elizabeth, Mr. M, and I all gobbled it up:)



I can't find the recipe at the moment, but it came from my old friend, Tonya. My version included ground beef, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, and celery. Possibly cream of mushroom soup, possibly worcestershire sauce. When I find the recipe, I'll update this post:)
